Frequently Asked Questions
What does the interview process look like?
1 – Apply. Apply with us. Share your resume and project list (if you have it).
2 – Phone Interview. If your experience meets our position criteria, we’ll invite you to a short phone interview. This is your opportunity to share your story, learn more about what we’re looking for, and ask any initial questions you may have.
3 – Hiring Team Interview. This is an opportunity to really show us what you know. The hiring team will ask more in-depth and role specific questions, seek to learn more about your past experiences and why you’re interested in joining our team. This is also your chance to continue to ask questions and learn more about us!
5 – Offer. We’d love to have you join the NGC family! An offer will typically come from our recruitment team, who will walk you through the next steps. We can’t wait for you to join us.
What if I don’t live near the office?
We always prefer to hold hiring team interviews in-person. However, sometimes location and logistics get in the way. In that case, we’ll work with you to schedule a video interview. We may still want to meet you in person before an offer is made but we’ll work with those unique situations if they arise.
